Activities and Culture

Besides the sea and the beautiful beaches, the surroundings of Bosa and Tresnuraghes offer plenty of opportunities for an active and interesting holiday.

Walking and hiking

Hiking in the area of Capo Marargiu.

Walking on trails overlooking the sea, immersed in the sense of the Mediterranean scrub and looking breathtaking landscapes in an uncontaminated environment.

Discovering the griffins at the wild Cape Marrargiu, the white cliffs of Torre Argentina and the woods above Torre Columbargia. Getting lost in the woods of holm oaks that descend from the Montiferru.

This and much more for those seeking a truly unforgettable holiday.

For enthusiasts running is a form of freedom. Doing it here, on the cliffs above Porto Alabe where the wind carries the scent of the sea and of the strawberry tree is a unique experience.

Or leave from La Pinnetta and run between the pastures and olive groves crossing streams and climbing hidden valleys up to see the sea

We will give you directions for routes of different length and elevation, for everybody and for those who are more trained.

Culture and traditions

Bosa, boats on the river Temo

The Malaspina Castle, the August edition of the Carnival, the procession of boats on the River Temo and the colorful houses of the village are just some of the attractions of Bosa, a city of culture and tradition which is only 15 minutes from La Pinnetta.

But the area offers other points of interest: the murals of Tinnura, the cellars where you can taste the famous Malvasia di Bosa, summer festivals eating wild boar, porceddu and other typical products, the Saracen towers overlooking the sea, the Bosa-Macomer line of the Green train.

Discovering the genuine Sardinia, far from the crowd and the glamour.
